Mr. Hunter is Chief Executive Officer of Volia Software.  He has over twenty years' experience in implementation and management of computer systems, organizational and process design, and business change.  Most of his consulting experience has been in large-scale (100+ effort-years) custom systems development projects.  He was formerly a Partner at Ernst & Young and a Vice President of Capgemini, where he led the Electric Power Restructuring Practice.  Mr. Hunter’s industry focus is in energy, utilities, and health care.  He has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and an MBA.
