Mr. Phillips is Chief Operating Officer of Volia Software.  He has more than 20 years of experience working closely with clients helping companies improve their performance through information systems planning, development, and integration.  As a former Ernst & Young Partner and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Vice President, he led the Energy, Utilities, and Chemicals Technology practice and provided Information Management leadership for the company.  He is experienced serving clients across industries including software, oil & gas, utilities, and consumer products.  He double majored in management and economics at Rice University.
