Mr. Safonov leads Volia Development Services, responsible for all phases of Volia's custom software development. He has more than 15 years of experience in information technology specializing in application development, system integration, and project management. In his current role, he directs project teams to deliver application development, quality control, and application support and maintenance services to Volia clients. He has worked around the globe in places such as France, Australia, and the United States. He earned an MS degree in Computer Science and an Executive MBA.
