 | Mr. Goryachkin leads Volia Technical Services. He has nearly a dozen years in the IT industry specializing in software development, system integration, and corporate workflow automation. In his current role, he directs cost effective service teams working remotely to deliver support for corporate personnel, customers, and suppliers in a variety of areas including customer care, 24/7 application support, LAN and VoIP maintenance, remote server administration, complex graphic work, and print services. He is experienced in several domains such as Software, Industrial Automation, Finance and Banking, e-Learning, Translation, and Localization. Egor is also responsible for Volia Software staff education programs. He has degrees in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science.
